The CELS library collects, catalogues, preserves and distributes information on: human rights in Argentina and the world; national and international legislation; state terrorism; impunity; the right to truth and memory; economic, social and cultural rights; mental health; security policies; and human rights education, among many others.
The library has over 7,000 titles, including books, journals, and magazines. It also houses special collections such as videos, CD-ROMs, CDs, cassettes, photographs and posters.
